These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Systemic AI website and services at daolyn.co. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Systemic AI provides AI-generated BaZi (Eight Characters) analysis reports based on your birth information. Reports are available as a free preview or a paid full report.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid report. The free preview is available to all users without age restriction.

3. Report Delivery

• Reports are generated on-demand using AI and delivered via a unique URL.
• If you provide an email address during purchase, the report link will also be sent to your email.
• Report links do not expire. You are responsible for saving your report URL.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Paid reports are priced at SGD 38 (one-time purchase).
• Payments are processed securely by Creem.io.
• Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once the report has been generated.
• If report generation fails due to a technical error, you may contact us for a full refund or re-generation.

5. Disclaimer of Advice

BaZi reports provided by Systemic AI are for self-reflection and decision support only. They are:

• Not fortune-telling, fate prediction, or divination.
• Not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
• Not a substitute for professional consultation.

You acknowledge that all decisions made based on report content are your own responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on daolyn.co — including text, design, code, and generated reports — is the property of Systemic AI. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell report content without permission.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to view and use your own generated report.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systemic AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
